第二屆“衝浪海南”公開年賽

中國最大的一次衝浪賽事  

“衝浪海南”作為中國最大的衝浪組織將在今年11月7日至8日舉行第二屆“衝浪海南” 公開賽，地點在海南的衝浪勝地日月灣。  

去年的賽事吸引了許多從中國南部，香港，韓國和其他國家的參賽者前來感受衝浪的魅力和海南的迷人，並且他們對當地衝浪的發展和氛圍也印象頗深。“衝浪海南”的組織者希望能把今年的比賽辦得規模更大，更加成功。  

經過對去年組織比賽的經驗總結和參賽者的反饋意見，組委會決定把比賽時間提前到今年11月份，因為在這段時間內預測會有連續不斷的浪潮拍擊海南的海岸。並且組委會希望這個比賽時間能給從遠道來的參賽者提供方便，使他們可以有足夠的時間來準備，畢竟這個賽事的國際化特色給所有參賽者和觀眾都帶來了不同的感受和體驗。  

“衝浪海南”是一個本土化的衝浪組織，他們可以提供衝浪課程，衝浪體驗旅行，專業衝浪用品的銷售和租賃。在國外，他們發現人們對衝浪的熱情不斷高漲；在國內，人們也對掌握這項運動產生了巨大興趣，所以他們從2007年便開始發展海南島的衝浪運動。“衝浪海南”的創辦人Brendan Sheridan 說，“海南肯定是全世界最後一個適合衝浪但是事實上還沒有任何衝浪發展的熱帶島嶼之一” 。

SECOND ANNUAL SURFING HAINAN OPEN DATE SET
November date is set for China’s biggest annual surf contest
  
Surfing Hainan, China’s biggest surf company has announced that the second annual Surfing Hainan Open will be held on November 7th and 8th at Riyuewan, one of Hainan’s premiere surfing spots on Hainan Island's east coast.
  
Last year’s inaugural event attracted a diverse group of riders from south China, Hong Kong, Korea and abroad who were all impressed with the local surf setups and had an unforgettable time soaking up Hainan’s sun, picturesque scenery and surf. The event organizers are looking to make this year’s event even better, and are expecting an even bigger turnout.
  
After checking records of previous years surf conditions and from input from attendees, contest organizers decided on an earlier date in November, hoping to take advantage of the consistent swells that often pound the Hainan coast during that time. It is also hoped early November will be more suitable for riders traveling from afar for the event, as the international feel of the event is what makes it truly special for attendees, both competitors and spectators alike.
  
Surfing Hainan is locally-run surf company which provides lessons, day trips, packages and equipment rentals and sales. They have been developing the sport’s popularity on the island since 2007, noticing an increase in interest amongst from both surfers coming from abroad, and Chinese nationals looking to learn this popular sport. Surfing Hainan owner Brendan Sheridan says “Hainan has to be one of the last easily accessed tropical destinations in the world that still has virtually empty surf.”
